This 45 minute class will be an exploration of how mindfulness and yoga can help to manage stress. It is offered by donation - so you can choose how much you'd like to pay to participate.
You can make your donation by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your confirmation email will include this email address. The suggested donation is $15 per class ($90 for the full session), but the donation amount is 100% up to you! The link to join the class will be sent to you after your e-transfer is recieved.
Classes will take place on Tuesdays from 12:15 - 1pm from April 13 - May 18.
