Laura fell in love with yoga when she experienced its profound benefits to her mental and emotional health, and she continues to be inspired by the fact that yoga can be a practice of self-care and self-compassion that can be so simple for anyone to do for themselves.
She completed her 200YTT in 2015 and went on to
study Therapeutic Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for Older Adults.
Jessi has been practicing yoga since 2014 and graduated from Pranalife Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. She integrates traditional yoga postures with injury prevention movements to create unique yoga flows. Jessi is passionate about creating space for relaxation and has completed training programs in trauma informed yoga and cannabis yoga. Her classes will always be different and be paired to unique music playlists.
A lifelong athlete, Joanne played competitive volleyball for 47 years, was a competitive bodybuilder, competitive equestrian, and Crossfit enthusiast. She found herself wanting something that would not be as hard on her body and embarked on a yoga practice after discovering its many benefits including resilience, functional strength and a calmer mind; as well as its role as a sustainable practice that will fuel her movement well into her 80's and beyond.
In 2017, she completed her 200YTT and went on to study an assortment of styles of yoga, including Accessible Yoga (bed, chair, wall yoga) and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. She truly finds herself at home when focussing on building resilience and strength through functional movement, and gets a rush from watching growth in her clients.
