Our Covid Safety Plan:
All classes available online and in person simultaneously (allowing you to practice safety at home)
Masks mandatory in studio (except during class)
Social distancing in studio (3 feet between participants)
Screening and record keeping required upon entry for contract tracing purposes
All high touch surfaces cleaned diligently before classes
No use of shared yoga props (bring your own or borrow a dedicated set of props for a full session)
Measures to reduce risk of airborne transmission: humidifier in use, UV light system coming soon!

Welcome to the Shanti Centre
The Shanti Centre is a yoga & mindful movement studio in Waterloo, Ontario. We offer classes both in person and online, so you don't need to live nearby to join our classes.
We believe that the benefits of yoga should be accessible and available to everyone. Yoga is a beautiful way to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and inner calm. The best part is that yoga is very adaptable, and it is something you can do for yourself!
Joining in our classes is a great way to take some quality time to step out of the busy-ness of everyday life to breathe, decompress and connect with your inner peace.
